On-Call Computer.com - Return Guidelines

 

Products sold at On-CallComputer.com are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product is:


- Damaged in shipment; - Missing component(s);
- Wrong product received due to On-Call Computer or HP ordering error; or
- Defective On Arrival (DOA);

 

Products eligible for return must:

- be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice;

- be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number shown on the return shipping label;

- be returned within ten (10) calendar days from date of RMA issuance;

- be returned in their original, unmarked packaging and contain all manuals, accessories and components originally delivered; and

- be returned in the condition stated at the time the RMA was provided.

 

Products may NOT be returned if:

 

- product is in working condition;

- product has been used;

- product has been altered, serial numbers removed or packaging and original contents are not included;

- the product is incomplete; and/or

- an RMA number is not included on Return label.

 

 

When preparing product for return:

 


1.  Contact On-Call Computer.com to obtain Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number(s).
2.  Package the product including the "Packing List" which includes the original order number, part number(s), quantity, and applicable serial number(s) for the product(s) being returned.
3.  The original box and packing material will need to be used to return the item.
4.  Remove all mailing labels on the outside of the box that references the customer address. Prepare and attach a new mailing label with the RGA#(s) and the Returns Center address provided by the Customer Support Representative. DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGING.
5.  If product for more than one RGA is being returned in the same box, make sure that all RGA numbers are listed on both the mailing label and packing list. If products are received at the Returns Center without valid RGA numbers on the mailing label, credit may be delayed or item may be refused and returned to the customer.

 

To return your product:


On-Call Computer will arrange for a On-Call Computer designated carrier pick-up and On-Call Computer will pay for shipping and handling.

 


If for any other reason, HP Remarketed Products sold on On-CallComputer.com are returned other than approved reasons stated above, then:

 

- original shipping charges may not be refunded;

- Customer pays return shipping; and

- a 25% restocking fee will apply (deducted from refund amount), regardless of the condition of the product when returned

 

 

On-CallComputer.com will not accept returns for the following products (unless defective):

 

- Opened memory

- Opened software and consumable products

- Electronic software downloads

- Replacement parts supplied by technical support

- Product that cannot be linked to an HP Remarketing Services order number

- Product that has been modified by installation of additional software options or have serial numbers removed.
